Prior to 2015, the Principals of Synergy Structures built more than 1,500 homes and framed over 10,000 units across a wide range of residential and commercial developments. This unparalleled experience not only demonstrates their deep industry expertise but also positions them exceptionally well to scale operations and produce thousands of high-quality prefabricated modular structures each year.
INNOVATIVE OFFSITE CONSTRUCTION METHODS DISCOVERED
With over a decade of experience in the wood framing and penalization industry, during which the principals have constructed thousands of homes, the founders travel the globe to investigate advanced framing and offsite construction techniques. The principles bring a wealth of experience, initiative, and a strong desire to enhance construction and building processes in the residential construction sector.
SYNERGY UNIVERSITY CREATED
Synergy University (SU) is designed to promote collaboration among team members, clients, affiliates, trade partners, general contractors, owners, architects, engineers, and municipalities. SU’s program emphasizes an inclusive, team-focused approach throughout the design, manufacturing, and installation phases, boosting productivity and profitability for everyone involved in the building process.
SYNERGY MANUFACTURING OPENS FIRST FACTORY
The principals’ exploration leads to a significant decision to shift from years of traditional wood construction to light gauge steel. This transition involves assembling a diverse team of professionals from the technology and manufacturing sectors. By combining 3D BIM technology with innovative offsite construction, they develop a light gauge steel penalization product that is unparalleled in the industry.
SYNERGY MANUFACTURING BECOMES THE LARGEST IN THE UNITED STATES
Unprecedented growth persists, and Synergy Manufacturing emerges as the largest operator of Howick roll forming machines in the United States, boasting a total of eight machines.
